Texoma Office & Warehouse was built to fill a real gap in the North Texas market: clean, modern, flexible commercial space that doesn’t require a downtown lease or a long-term commitment to get started.
Our three identical units combine a finished, climate-controlled office with a high-clearance warehouse bay — the kind of space contractors, e-commerce sellers, tradespeople, and service firms actually need to operate and scale.
