A climate-controlled office with premium finishes and central heat & air, a private restroom, a 14-ft automatic insulated drive-in bay door, ample parking, and brand-new, move-in-ready construction.
Where is Texoma Warehouse located?
545 Reed Lane, Gunter, TX 75058 — about a quarter mile off Highway 289 (Preston Road), with easy access to Celina, Prosper, Sherman, and Highway 75.
